Tony Jones
Finance Director
Tony has responsibility for the Finance, IT, and HR functions as well as commercial issues. Tony led the successful buy out of JPM from Sega in 2004 with Brian Mitchell, having joined originally as Director of Finance in 1996. Previously he was Finance Director, heading up commercial and financial operations in the UK division of Invacare corp, a world leader in healthcare hardware and prior to that held senior management positions in the John Williams Group of companies. Tony has a BA honours degree in Business Studies and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Brian Mitchell
Operations Director
Brian is responsible for product technical development, quality, manufacturing and control of internal processes. Brian has experience in operations management and implementing strategic change and before joining JPM was Divisional Operations Director with Oxford Instruments plc with responsibility for restructuring four factories in both the USA and UK and prior to this held senior management positions at Toshiba Consumer Products with periods in Japan and at Lucas Industries plc as Factory Manager with the additional remit for transferring best practice to business group facilities in the UK and USA. Brian has a BSc honours degree in Engineering and is a Member of Cranfield Management Association.
