JPM appoints Hollywood creative

25 April, 2006 – International amusement and entertainment group, JPM Group has announced the appointment of John Le Burn into the newly created role of Creative Development Manager. 

John will lead JPM's Amusement with Prizes (AWP) graphics team. He will also be responsible for Skill with Prizes (SWP) games for game cabinets and interactive platforms such as interactive TV, internet and mobiles.

John holds more than 13 years of experience in creative development and management, having worked with some of the largest film effects, video production and gaming developers on both sides of the Atlantic. He joins JPM Group from Codemasters, a leading international developer and publisher of video games.

Prior to Codemasters, John worked at the UK-based Kaboom Group, where as Creative Video Manager/Editor, he was involved in a series of PC and console games, as well as motion picture projects including the blockbuster films Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace and Gladiator. In California, John worked closely with many post-production teams on films such as The 5th Element and Godzilla.
