JPM Hails IGE 2010 a Success
Doom and gloom, credit crunch, market decline; all seem to have been forgotten at IGE 2010 as far as JPM International are concerned. With one of the biggest stands at this year's show and a panoply of product not seen for some time JPM International certainly lived up to the latter half of the name, and have concluded that IGE 2010 was a total success across all markets.
Products for Europe, Central Europe, UK and Scandinavian markets provided visitors with a lot to talk about and see. In partnership with Synot who are the major distributor of JPM products in Central Europe, JPM International showed the industry that well thought out product tailored to specific markets is the recipe for success.
For some time the Linear cabinet has been highly popular in Europe and at IGE it was much in evidence for the UK and newer markets such as Denmark where JPM are working in partnership with distributor JPM Spil. Linear's sleek look and versatility as a reel, hybrid or pure video solution provides a perfect platform for all markets and all game types, and this was very evident with Sapphire product for the Netherlands via Gameworks, and continuous product development in the form of Casino De Las Vegas and Casino Loco for the Spanish market via Comatel.
Central Europe has been at the forefront for JPM for some years in partnership with Synot. IGE 2010 showcased the highly successful and innovative Max Power that allows for up to 15 machines to be linked to a top box Bonus feature. Max Power currently delivers a mix of 6 machine titles with a further 3 additional titles in development to compliment the Linear Max power range. JPM have also released Max Power Top Line with 3 additional titles, not satisfied with just the Horizon (Straight line) presentation JPM designed an Island presentation of 3 Linear Max Power . The Max Power solution is highly flexible and in turn has proven to be a "must have" product that is in high demand as a machine option for the Czech market.
Following on from this theme other configurations were on show for other countries offering a whole new series of solutions for the industry.
Where JPM International recognises the more price sensitive video markets whereby the offering of Sapphire games in a kit format is key as well as also offering Sapphire games in cabinets for the Serbian and Hungarian markets. The full compendium of the Sapphire Games Kit was on show at IGE, this offers these markets an easily upgradeable solution and the ability to offer their players proven JPM titles.
Commenting on IGE JPM International Sales and Marketing Director Simon McCarthy said, "We approached IGE 2010 full of optimism following a year where, despite an industry in turmoil, we continued to produce new and popular games. In that we were not disappointed as our games and solutions were very well received by the UK and European visitors alike. The UK market is a re-entry for us and our strategy of re-engineering our back catalogue has proven highly popular in the single site market. All in all we are extremely pleased with IGE this year and look forward to 2010 with cautious optimism."
